GSF003 - Creel Contents - 'Creel to Meal' (Glasgow Science Festival)
Freshly caught from Loch Fyne, Scottish langoustines (also known as Norway lobster, Dublin Bay prawns or Nephrops norvegicus) are a delicacy. The smaller, dark red squat lobster (Munida rugosa) is also delicious, but (sadly) is rarely available for sale due to lack of consumer demand.
